Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 has been confirmed at a premises near Southwell, Newark & Sherwood, Nottinghamshire.
Although poultry housing measures have been lifted the risk from wild birds remains high and the Avian Influenza Prevention Zone remains in place. Ensure you follow the enhanced mandatory biosecurity guidance on GOV.​UK: https://www.gov.uk/bird-flu and remain vigilant.
